Today were going to review part number T4836100183. This is the Titan Solenoid shield, or the Titan brake actuators. This corrosion resistant cover will bolt onto the rear of your Titan Model 10 or Model 20 actuator, and helps protect the electric reverse lockout valve from the elements. This is made of a zinc plating which will resist corrosion. Again, it is designed to fit the Titan Model 10 and Model 20 actuators. I do want to show you an example here of how this would bolt on.
I have an example of a brake actuator, and as you can see right there the rear of this brake actuator, this is the reverse lockout Solenoid valve. When that is installed, as you can see it will stick out and be exposed to damage or elements. What this cover would do is theres a bolt right here and then one on the other side in the same spot if you would loosen those bolts and then youd be able to slide this cover right in the spot there and put the bolt right back into place through these holes on the cover. That cover will protect the Solenoid valve from the elements and any damage. That should do it for review on part number T4836100183..

The replacement master cylinder is now wider or the aft portion of the actuator housing is narrower.

Item as described fit was tight and required a small modification to accommodate the trailer jack. Highly recommend this item to protect your reversing valve. Very inexpensive insurance.
I ordered this part from etrailer.com because I have ordered items from here before and I have always got what I expected. This reverse lockout servo cover arrived with other parts and functioned as expected. I would recommend etrailer as the first stop when they are looking for trailer parts. Good price, good selection, and good service.
This was a bit difficult to attach. It neither fit well over the actuator or easily inserted between the brake master cylinder brackets and the frame of the actuator. The holes were slightly small so it made alignment difficult. However, once installed, it serves its' purpose well.
Worked just right. Just added a lockout solenoid and figured this was a good idea to protect it. Fit perfect.
