What defines a company is not when things go as planned. I ordered 4 items and one was not in stock so the order was delayed waiting for the out of stock item. When I ordered the items, I did not check to see if they were in stock or not. I sent an email and they let me know what the delay was and then split the order and sent right away. I have ordered from this company many times and they have always taken care of me - OH - AND the parts were exactly what I needed to get my backhoe trailer up and running. They are a great company.
