Do I Need a Reverse Lockout On My Titan Model 10 Actuator In Order To Bleed It

I purchased this from you guys I also purchased a reverse lockout. At the moment I cannot bleed the brakes. I guess my question is Do I need a reverse lockout and could this reverse lockout cylinoid be the issue why I cannot bleed the brakes.??

The Replacement Solenoid Valve for Titan Brake Actuators with Reverse Lockouts part # T4748800 along with the Solenoid Shield for Titan Model 10 and Model 20 Trailer Brake Actuators part # T4836100183 will be needed in order to reverse your trailer while coupled to the tow vehicle. However, this would not have anything to do with the brake bleeding procedure. I have attached this for you below. If you can give me more information as to why you cannot bleed your brakes, I may have additional information for you but I can confirm the reverse lockout solenoid does not have anything to do with this.
