Today, we're gonna take a look at the replacement left hand driver side shoe and lining for one Dexter 10 inch never adjust electric trailer brake assembly. This part here will replace the shoe and the lining on your 10 inch by 2 1/4 inch never adjust electric brake assembly for 4400 pound axles. Now, we do sell that whole brake assembly separately on our website. It's part number K23-478-00. This part will just be for the shoes and the lining. It will include one left hand driver side replacement brake shoe and lining, the hold down pins, and the springs to install it.
You can tell this is for a never adjust brake because if you look on the shoe right here, there's a pulley on this side here. The pulley is where the cable that goes from the top of the assembly down around the pulley, hooks to a lever that the lever goes. And you adjust your adjust brake adjustment gear at the bottom of the brake assembly. So the pulley here shows you that this is for the never adjust brake assembly. Now the measurement on this when this is installed on the backing plate, the measurement for the diameter would be 10 inches, which is from this shoe all the way over to this shoe. So just to give you an idea when this is installed, be right at 10 inches.
And the two and quarter inch would be the width of the pad. There's your two and quarter inch width. But that should do it for the review on the replacement left hand driver side shoe and lining for one Dexter 10 inch never adjust electric trailer brake assembly.

No problem with the product except they previously haven't lasted very long they don't wear out, the linings come unglued from the shoe. etrailer customer service is great, can't fault them , they are not the manufacturer. These have been backordered for nearly three months...not etrailer fault either . I will continue to shop there.
