Replaces the adjusting spring for your Dexter 10" or 12" Nev-R-Adjust electric brakesIs was not exactly the same as Dexter spring, it did not sit correctly on shoe to adjuster, I went to a local trailer store and purchased a Genuine Dexter brake adjuster kit,K71-679-0 for $xx.
They pointed out that the spring I got from you was not yellow, and not a Genuine Dexter part, also looked at the adjuster that I got from you were not identical, one star is larger and one does not have tension spring.
They also let me know that left hand, right hand is say what threads are on adjuster NOT the location.
I needed the Dexter brake part that is turned to adjust brake shoe tightness with the accompanying spring. Of course etrailer had them in stock and got them to me pronto. Simple, quick, reliable, no non-sense just like their short to the point video ad on [online] videos.
The springs are an exact replacement of original

Working just as intended , fit was perfect
I had a brake adjuster back off and the retaining spring fall off. Both parts were ruined. I ordered just the 2 parts I needed and etrailer sells these separately and at a good price. No need to buy an expensive kit or entire backing plate. Thanks etrailer!

Oh my goodness, I am so sorry that this happened. I see that our customer service department has determined that you received the wrong one. I also see that they are working on getting the correct one sent out to you. Once you receive the correct one, I would love to hear your updated feedback about the correct spring.
