Video Transcript for Review of DeeMaxx Trailer Brakes - Hydraulic Brake Rubber Hose - DE38GR

Hello, everybody. This is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today I'm gonna take a look at this DeeMaxx six and a half foot long, one eighth inch diameter hydraulic brake hose with the brass three 16ths of an inch male inverted flares. Now, this brake line here will connect your hydraulic brake actuator to your trailer brakes when you use with additional lines and fittings which reduce sell separately on our website. This is a nice, flexible design, so it does make the hose perfect for use with fold away trailer tongues, disc brakes, and even torsion axles. We mentioned on each end they use brass male three sixteens of inch inverted flare fittings.

And the brass construction of these fittings is softer, provides a better seal than the steel fittings. The rubber hose itself meets the DOT, Department of Transportation, and the SAE Standards. Few specs on this, again. The hose length, 78 inches. The inner diameter, one eighths of an inch.

And the fitting size is, again, is three 16ths of an inch. But that's gonna do it for the review on the DeeMaxx six and a half foot long, one eight inch diameter hydraulic brake hose with the brass male inverted flares.

You can judge a company in the way they handle problems. I received a brake hose that had been improperly assembled by the manufacturer. I sled Etrailer (at night!). Brittany listened and said she would ship another one at their expense. I received the hose today. Etrailer quickly took care of the issue. This is a company with whom I want to do business! 5 stars!

by:

These are well constructed, but the flare nuts are of a different size than the other hoses with same specification, I had to use a 10mm wrench on these flare nuts, and they were very tight going into my "T" connectors

by:

Just what I asked for and qick. Back on the road!

Great parts & great service

After I ordered the wrong part. I was told to order this part due to the size of my trailer by Mike D. Once again Mike’s customer service and product knowledge was far beyond my expectations. Mike D deserves higher marks then 5 stars.
