Hello, everybody. This is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a look at this DeeMaxx five foot long, one eighths inch diameter hydraulic brake hose with the brass three 16ths of an inch male inverted flares. Now, this brake line will connect your hydraulic brake actuator to your trailer brakes when it's used with additional lines and fittings, which we do sell separately on our website. This is a nice, flexible design, so it makes the hose perfect for use with fold away trailer tongues, disc brakes, and even torsion axles. Again, we mentioned on each end, they have the brass male three 16ths of an inch inverted flare fittings.
The brass construction on these fittings is softer, helps provide a better seal than the steel fittings. And the rubber hose will meet the DOT, Department of Transportation, and then the SAE Standards. Hose length, again, total on this one is 60 inches. Inner diameter is an eighth of an inch. And again, as we mentioned, on each end is the three 16ths of an inch inverted brass flare fittings.
But that should do it for the review on the DeeMaxx five foot long, one eighth inch diameter hydraulic brake hose with the brass male inverted flare fittings.

60" Line is often used to connect a caliper to the main brake lines. Brass fittings won't rust and are easier to work with than stainless steel. These are well constructed, but the flare nuts are of a different size than the other hoses with same specification, I had to use a 10mm wrench on these flare nuts, and they were very tight going into my "T" connectors
Just what I asked for and qick. Back on the road!
Brake hose was an exact fit for my old cracked one.
Hoses arrived when they were suppose to
You can judge a company in the way they handle problems. I received a brake hose that had been improperly assembled by the manufacturer. I sled Etrailer (at night!). Brittany listened and said she would ship another one at their expense. I received the hose today. Etrailer quickly took care of the issue. This is a company with whom I want to do business! 5 stars!
Great parts & great service
After I ordered the wrong part. I was told to order this part due to the size of my trailer by Mike D. Once again Mike’s customer service and product knowledge was far beyond my expectations. Mike D deserves higher marks then 5 stars.
Fit and finish were great. Very happy with this brake hose.
