Michael: Hi there. I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today, we're going to take a quick look at the replacement clip. This is a replacement for the standard clips that come with your Rebellion XD Shock-Absorbing Adjustable Ball.One of the things I like a lot about this clip is it's going to replace both of the standard clips. So show you here, you can obviously install it on one clip to prevent the clip from wiggling out of your ball mount, but then you're also going to be able to slide this over your second clip so that it's actually going to keep both of those in place. And then you can remove it like that.Very handy option, so that you only have to use one clip instead of two.
It is a little bit difficult to get undone here. You have to push and twist at the same time to get it to come off, but it's probably a good thing. And that way you know it's not going to come loose as you're traveling down the road, really going to have to put some effort into getting that to come off there.This is a stainless steel construction, so it's going to be nice and long lasting. It's going to resist any rust and corrosion, and it is compatible with all of your Curt Rebellion XD accessories.
