I was impressed with the helpfulness of the person on the phone. At first he told me the hitch was sold as one piece but when I explained what I wanted to do he found what I needed as a replacement part.
Most company employees stay with the fact that it is sold as one piece but your guy took the additional step and found the part as a replacement part.
Make sure he is commended, I could be pissed but instead he made me a happy customer.
Great job; followed up and let me know there was a delay, but still "on the way." Arrived and product met all expectations!
