Today, we're going to take a look at the replacement 10,000 pound ball mount tongue for a Brophy adjustable drop hitch. Now, this part will replace the ball mount tongue on your Brophy 10,000 pound adjustable ball mount. Part number ADB1, which we do sell separately on our website. This has a nice black powder coat finish to help resist rust and corrosion. Gross towing weight capacity is 10,000 pounds. Tongue weight capacity is 1,000 pounds.
A few measurements on this. We'll start with the adjustable channel width here on the back. Overall width outside to outside is right at 3 inches. Inside is right at 2 1/4 inches. The height on it is going to be right at 4 inches for the adjustable channel.
The mounting holes, center to center, are right at 2 inches. The ball hole diameter right down here, diameter on that is going to be right at 1 1/4 inches. The thickness is right at 3/4 of an inch and the overall height from the bottom here to the very top here is going to be right at 6 1/4 inches tall. That should do it for the review on the replacement 10,000 pound ball mount tongue for the Brophy adjustable drop hitch.

Did not work on my jaco travel trailer had to turn it over .then it was too high. Took it to welding shop they put a smaller shank 2 5/16 ball in pushed it forward and welded inside the rear to push the ball foreword. Now it works
