For use with Curt adjustable ball mount shank (C45059 - sold separately), this unique combination ball mount includes a 2" hitch ball, a 2-5/16" hitch ball and a removable center pin to fit a variety of towing needs.Product was advertised to work with any weight distribution shank. But when I received the hitch I realized it uses 5/8 inch pins to connect to the weight distribution shank, but wd shank have 3/4 inch holes. I contacted etrailer and they gave me the excuse that if the hitch used 3/4 inch pins they wouldn't fit the 3/4 inch holes on the wd shank. They also said that the amount of play in the system from using 5/8 pins in 3/4 inch holes was ok and to be expected. I was able to find a sleeve for the 5/8 pins at Tractor Supply that make them work in the 3/4 inch holes. This hitch is also at least an 1/8 inch wider than the wd shank which also creates a lot of movement. I was able to cut strips of a rubber belt to fill the gap. This hitch will do the job now that I have fixed it's short comings. I would not buy this product again and would only recommend it to someone that does not mind having to fix a brand new product.
Works fine. Strong, reliable, and ez to hook up the ring or the ball hitch to the tow vehicle. Allows for flexibility in your towing set up when you have different trailer hitch you are pulling.
A small thing is it can be a bit noisy because of all the pin connections. The noise could be fixed by using nuts and bolts to make the connections in the set up.
I’d buy it again. I have two sets!
I use my CURT Ball Hitch weekly !! Every trailer I have is 1 size or the other, so this fits my needs perfect !! The only things I added were locks on it. The help I received from etrailer's sales team is always knowledgeable and courteous !!! I'm sure if I need anything trailer related I'll be back !!! Thanx !!

After finding out that it's made in China I ordered a similarly priced Gen Y dual ball mount with better weight rating and made in USA. Not a bad hitch if you need pintle ring capability its just the made in china thing that down rates it for me. My fault for not looking more carefully about country of origin.

The customer service and the timeliness in which l have received my orders from etrailer.com is second to none. I needed my hitch to arrive on time so I could pick up a nice chunk of Sycamore. A bit of electrical tape on the shaft to eliminate "play" in the receiver, slip in the new lockable SS pin from Bulldog and off we went to pick up my prize! What a great company to do business with!

Glad I bought this. Got it for a travel trailer that I picked up 500 miles away in western Montana. Wanted to make sure it would be some what level for ride home. Was able to lock down the latch on top which I thought was awesome!! No worrying about trailer coming unlatched.

I found the heavy duty hitch I wanted locally, but etrailer was over $100 less with free shipping. Received the hitch in 4 days. Very pleased. Will be ordering my puck gooseneck ball from etrailer, as well.
This is a heavy duty combo pintle / ball mount. It is replacing one that failed at the welds. Since this is a solid piece with no welds I expect many years of use.
