The inner diameters of the LM67048 and 15123 both are the same (1.250 inches). That means that a hub with either bearing in the outer bearing would fit your spindle. The part #AKHD-655-6-EZ-K would fit your axle.

You can replace the spindle of your axle but you would need to know the axle capacity to pick out the correct one. For a 3,500 lb axle the correct spindle would be the part #TRU74FR or if you have a 5.2k to 7k axle you'd want the part #TRU37FR.
