What is the recommended labor quote? How long will the installation take in most cases with good tools and good understanding of mechanics with all the jacks and jack stands???

As the Correct Track Trailer Alignment and Lift Kit # RR23QX for tandem axle trailers is a completely bolt on installation, I see no reason a service shop should charge more than 1 hour for installation. If you are performing a DIY installation it will likely take closer to 2 hours as you will likely not have the same style pneumatic jacks which a service shop will have to quickly raise and lower the trailer as the brackets are installed.
