We sure can!

The spacing you're looking for between the hangers for the Triple-Axle Trailer Hanger Kit for 2" Slipper Springs # AP302-H302 is 28-1/2" for the first to second hangers, 33" from the second to third hangers, and then 28-1/2" from the third to the fourth hangers. This would allow you to use a 2" slipper spring like the 5-Leaf for 7K Axle # e74SR.

When it comes to exact placement of the hangers on the trailer frame that's something you'll have to play with to get the correct placement. The ideal locations will give your trailer a tongue weight that's 10-15% of the weight of the trailer.
