I need a 7inch - 10 Distribution Shank for my application. Can this hitch be ordered with a different shank or do I need to buy an additional one?

The Reese Pro Round Bar Weight Distribution Hitch # RE34FR you were looking at cannot be ordered with a different shank, but it is compatible with the Curt Welded Weight Distribution Shank 7" - 10 Hole Adjustment # C17123 which gives the rise and drop adjustment you mentioned needing.
