How Far From the Opening is the Pin Hole on the EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver

Can you tell me what distance the bolt hole is from the receiver edge on this model? I have a Thule APEX XT4 bike rack and it requires the bolt hole Im sure thats not what its called to be 1.5 in back from the edge of the receiver.

The pin hole on the EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 306-X7601 is just over 2" from the end of the receiver. There is then 2" from the pin hole to the back of the receiver tube opening.
