Recommended Trailer Hitch for My 2019 Honda Odyssey?
Question:
There are a few different hitches available for my 2019 Honda Odyssey from etrailer and Curt, so which one is better?

There are some small differences between the 3 hitches you're referring to in the Curt # C64NR, etrailer # e98855, and the Curt # C13370, but there is going to be one that I recommend over the others and that is the etrailer # e98855. I'll start by saying that it appears that your 2019 Honda Odyssey has a towing capacity of 3,500-lbs and a tongue weight capacity of 525-lbs; you'll want to check your owner's manual for confirmation on that information. All of the hitches mentioned will allow you to safely tow up to that 3,500-lbs, but some of the hitches offer a higher tongue weight capacity which can prove to be beneficial in a lot of circumstances.
The difference between the hitches comes down to towing capacity and design. The # e98855 is a round tube design, has a high towing capacity and allows for the use of a weight distribution hitch, where the # C64NR is a square tube design that will not allow for use with a weight distribution hitch. The design and the ability to use a weight distribution hitch if needed give the advantage to the # e98855 when it comes to these two hitches.
The Curt # C13370 is very similar to the etrailer # e98855 in that it is a round tube design that allows you to use a weight distribution hitch; it also has a similar towing capacity to the # e98855. Both of these hitches have a fairly similar installation process, but there is one small difference. Where we separate the etrailer # e98855 and the Curt # C13370 is that the etrailer has a matte black finish and the Curt hitch has a glossy black finish. Overall, the functionality is the same and the hitches are going to install and sit in mostly the same spot on the vehicle to provide the same clearance from the bumper. It is just a matter of the finish and which you like best. I personally prefer the matte finish.
Overall, the differences are small, but if it was my vehicle, I would go with the etrailer # e98855, it also costs a bit less.
If you're going to be towing a trailer, you'll also need to add a 4 way connection. To accomplish this you can use the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118781 which will provide you with a quick and easy way to install a 4 way on your Odyssey. This harness plugs in to your existing vehicle wiring and includes a powered module that connects directly to the battery to avoid overloading vehicle's electrical system.
You'll also want to add a ball mount like the Draw-Tite # D-4, Hitch Pin and Clip, # PC3, and hitch ball # 63845 to give you a complete towing package.
