Yes, your kick sensor for your hands free liftgate will still work after installing a Class III receiver on your 2024 Toyota RAV4 XSE. I have linked an install video near the bottom of the page for our etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e23ZR being installed on a 2022 RAV4 XSE where you can see him demonstrate the sensor still working around the 1:25 time stamp in the video.
If you feel like the receiver is something you are not constantly going to be using you might consider the Hidden Hitch by Draw-Tite # DT97YR as the removable receiver section will make it easier for you to activate the sensor since it can be removed.
I recommend installing the 4-Way Wiring # C56434 when you install the receiver. This will allow you to connect to the lights on most small trailers you might tow and will also allow for Auxiliary Lights # C53201 should your hitch mounted accessory require them.
