The Roadmaster Hitch Mounted Spare Tire Carrier w/ 2" Receiver Opening - 2" Hitches # RM-195225 does have a threaded anti-rattle hitch pin, so it will bolt to your hitch for a secure connection. Any hitch pin whether a locking pin like the Blue Ox # BX8858 or the standard pin like # C21500 will work to attach a tow bar, but then you would need a separate anti-rattle for reduced movement in that connection. I recommend the Blue Ox Hitch Receiver Immobilizer II - 2" Hitches # BX88224 for the very best stability, but the Roadmaster Quiet Hitch for 2" Trailer Hitches # RM-061 would be my second recommendation at a more economical price point.
