Which model works with the dually spare. Will the rear doors open. If not would a extension work? Model number of extension?

For a spare carrier that can carry a dually wheel and tire you'd want the part # RM-195225 which we've confirmed works with dually wheels. As long as your door is more than 12-1/8 inches above the top of the hitch opening when opening this would allow the door to open when the rack is swung down.
