To install the Prodigy P2 part # 90885 in your 2018 Ford F-150 requires the brake controller install harness part # 22292 which would be the same connector as what you would have used to install the controller in your 2013 Ford F-150.

To install a 7-way on a 2018 Ford F-150, you'd use the Curt #C56413 which installs as shown in the linked video.
