Sounds like you have a set of Lippert Ground Control Leveling Jacks # LC358590 on your trailer which would require the replacement foot part # LC377962 if that's what you are in need of. This is for round legs that have a pin in them.

Yes, the pivot pin part #58484 that you referenced will fit your Reese 15k fifth wheel hitch. Reese up-rated their 15k hitches a few years back so the parts for a 16k are going to be the same as a 15k.
