Quick delivery. The key to remove my ski rack worked perfectly. When I purchased the vehicle several years ago, the dealership did not have the key to remove the ski rack or a bicycle rack that was on the car, along with not having the car’s operating manual. Since I’ve never had this type of sporting equipment on my previous vehicles, I was at a loss as to where to find a key and the dealership said they didn’t know either. I did ask multiple people in sales and service where to obtain a key to remove these items when I purchased the car for over 25K, used. Finally, someone at a different dealership directed me to your company and it was quick and easy. Thank you.

I did receive a package from etrailer to my home . Was a problem with the order it wasn’t complete
The lock wasn’t shipped in your package. Only 2 keys.
Would like to have the lock that I ordered ship to me. If you check the weight of the package it will be clear that this item was left off.

This review is not about the product...a key is a key, it fit the lock. From point of order on Aug 15, this item wasn't shipped until 3 days later. Delivery was not made until Aug 26 via US mail. 11 days for one key!
