Trailer Hitch Solution for 2017 Ford F-350 with 34 inch Frame

Question:

Hello, I need a class IV/V hitch for a custom F-350. It has 34inch spaced frame rails. I have a bunch of open space underneath , so straight or curved is fine. Two special things: I need a small 3.5 to 4.5inch it sits low The more the receiver tube extends, the better - 6 to 10 1,000/1,200+ tongue weight. I have been poking around and have gotten close, but either the mounting has an angle E-350 or the is too much. I see you have helped many solve these kinds of problems. Can you help me? I am sure its there .... Thanks!

34 inch wide trailer frame indicates you have a cab and chassis F-350, which we do have solutions for that. But if you have an RV built on a F-350 frame then we don't have a fit that I can guarantee will fit since the rears of those are quite a bit different in dimensions than most vehicles and vary from motorhome to motorhome.

The # 41947 will fit a 2017 F-350 Cab and Chassis and it is a Class IV hitch though. If your Ford isn't a motorhome this would be a great option.

The other option is a multi-fit hitch like what Reese offer. The # 41990 that has a 16k capacity. This is a weld on hitch that would require either the 7 inch drop brackets part # 4907 or the 16 inch brackets part # 4916.

Beyond those options you'd need to consider a fabricated option since a custom fit option with your exact needs may be hard to find.
