I do have all the parts that you would need to install disc brakes on your 5,200 lb tandem axle trailer, but not as a kit.

First, you will need the Kodiak Disc Brake Kit, part # K2R526S, which is a stainless slip-on disc brake kit. We also have a hub replacement disc brake kit, in a dacromet coating, part # K2HR526D. To use part # KSHR526D, you would need to pull apart your hub and make sure you have the correct bearings, races and seals. You will also need to have a 6 on 5-1/2 bolt pattern and a brake mounting flange with a 5 bolt pattern. If your trailer does not have brake mounting flanges, you will want to have a qualified trailer professional install them as it requires precision accuracy.

Then, for the electric over hydraulic function, you will need the Titan BrakeRite, part # T4813102.

For brake lines, we have the Titan Hydraulic Brake Lines and Fittings, part # T4830000.

You will also need a brake controller that is compatible with electric over hydraulic brakes, like the Tekonsha Prodigy P3, part # 90195.
