To give you the correct leaf springs, I would need to know the capacity of your axle or what your Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) is not just the weight of the trailer itself. This is the loaded capacity of the trailer.

We have a few options for 26 inch leaf springs:
4-Leaf Double-Eye Spring for 2,000-lb Trailer Axles - 26" Long # e77SR
6-Leaf Double-Eye Spring for 4,500-lb Trailer Axles - 26" Long # e27SR
6-Leaf Double-Eye Spring for 6,000-lb Trailer Axles - 26" Long # e94SR

We don't have shackle straps that are 3-3/4 inches center on center, but I've attached the page to all your options. For the U-bolts, you may need the U-Bolt Kit for Mounting 3,500-lb, Round Trailer Axles - 5-1/2" Long U-Bolts # APUBR-1 or the CE Smith U-Bolt Kit for Mounting 3,500-lb, Round Trailer Axles - 5-1/8" Long U-Bolts - Zinc # CE23002. That is the closest we have.
