Benefits of a Macerator System
This high-pressure water stream system pulverizes waste and tissue while draining and flushing your sewer tanks. By using a high-pressure stream of water, this system eliminates the need for electric hookups. The jet nozzle allows water to shoot downstream to get waste through the drain hose or upstream to flush the waste valve, sewer pipe, and waste tanks. The clear connector shows when tanks are clean, and the dump station adapter makes it wasy to connect at the camp site.
Macerator System Setup
The bayonet fitting on the nozzle twists onto the standard 3" lug fitting on your RV waste valve. The 4-in-1 elbow adapter easily slips into the dump station. The quick-connect adapter lets you secure your flush hose (sold separately) to the jet nozzle. The system stores in a compact 14" spool, and the hook-and-loop strips keep hose coiled.

I was looking for an inexpensive way to dispose of my black water @ home after a few days of dry camping @ the Nascar race and occasional out of state company. After reading the reviews on your site I went with this and glad I did. I went with the main system and after reading the instructions that came with it and I purchased from [hardware store] 6 1"by10' sections of 200 psi PVC pipe and 6 1" collars everything fit together snug and did not have to glue it together ( ran it a total of 70' fairly level & No Leaks I also was able to run another hose to my black water flush on the RV and use it as I normally would ) See pics. The fittings that come with the macerator fit perfectly with the 1" PVC because that is what they are. Total investment was $xxx ( $xx for a pump out @ the races, 2 more times of use and it pays for itself ). I can take it apart and store it in the garage for the next use.
The Sewer Solution allows me to dump my tanks at home into a 1” tap installed in my sewage system. Great to use after boondocking or to clean tanks thoroughly before storage.

This system works great. Been using it for over a year without issues. I use the 25’ hose and pump up about 2 feet of elevation. No problems emptying both tanks and back flushing for clean tanks.

We use our RV at home for Holiday guests and needed a simple solution to be able to drain the black water tank at home. After receiving the product I immediately gave it a try. It works as advertised and will definately be easier to use then the 12V macerater that I had been using. It pumps slower then the electric macerator but reduces the overall time to drain the tank by half when including set up time, and I can leave it installed when the RV is in use. I gave the unit four stars as the provided drain house could be a little longer, maybe three or four additional feet, otherwise I would given the unit five stars.

Few products exceed your expectations. The system worked very well to dump the black and grey water. A big plus was could detach the water supply from dump line attachment, then connect hose to the black water tank flush. Then reconnect and dump the flush water.
This cleaned up the black water level sensors which now read properly!
Allowed us to dump at home and clean. Have places can dump near our house, but cleaning /flushing is not possible.
I bought the SewerSolution Macerator System for RV Waste Tanks - Bayonet Fitting and 4-in-1 Adapter - 10' - SS01. I also bought the Extension Hose for SewerSolution Macerator System - 25' Long - SS25. The extension hose did fit up to the main part. So to make the extension hose work the two pieces needed to be wound together with tape to hold them together. Such a simple conection to be made yet the supplier screwed it up. Why this was not checked befor selling the two parts is a demonstartion of not caring.
The system otherwise works fine. It is annoying that the connection between the two hoses was not fit tested to see if they would work together.

The SS25 extension should have included a metal coupler that allows the two pieces to connect. If you didnt receive the coupler, please let us know.
I really like this product! It pumps on a slight uphill grade about 25 ft from my rig and does a great job of emptying the tanks. Takes a little longer to empty but small price to pay. You can point the jet stream back up into the waste gates to clean things out nicely (great feature). No motors to deal with is a huge plus... All you need is good water pressure. Awesome find!
For my needs this product work well
A while back I ordered a SewerSolution Macerator System for RV Waste Tanks because I no longer wanted to use those awkward accordion style sewer hoses. It arrived quickly as promised. Regrettably, there was one part that was defective, but when I called etrailer they said they would take care of the problem. They ordered a replacement part from the manufacturer, but it turned out to be backordered due to the CoronoVirus. It eventually arrived, I put the system together, now it works great.
The entire time I was dealing with etrailer, they exhibited the best customer service that could be imagined. I will always get my trailer supplies from this company.
I received my Sewer Solution macerator with an upgrade of a 15 foot extension hose and a clear straight extender from Camco. The products arrived yesterday and I proceeded to drain and flush my black tank and gray tank. We are leaving for a 4 day trip today and I am excited to use it at our RV park.
This product is like power windows, once you have it you could never go back to the slinky.

This is a great option to empty holding tanks. We have used it to dump into home sewer clean out. Our trailer is about 53 feet from the clean out. We purchased two of the 25 foot extension hoses. Together with the 10 foot hose reaches perfect. No problem with that distance and household water pressure. The extension hose does not include hose clamps like the 10 foot hose does. I would suggest getting two for each extension just to be sure no leaks.
Looks really good. Very happy with etrailers price match - which they easily applied to my order. I trust their customer service and support as my past experience with them has been very good.
Haven't used it yet. I got this because we are switching from a travel trailer where the sewer outlet was 'reasonably' high to a class C. A common complaint on Class C's is that the sewer outlet is low so I want to be prepared and not get into a 'bad' situation where I have to coax waste in a 3 inch hose uphill. The few times I had to do that with the trailer was 'unpleasant'. I also like the positive rinsing feature this has for the hose and fittings - looks a lot better than the arms length hose rinse dance I do now!
I have a fifth wheel with the 4 season enclosed belly and this does a great job cleaning my black tank, even with the 90 degree bend in the drain pipe coming through the covers. I would highly recommend buying.
Works as advertised, works great in tough locations cleans well good product.

Worked exactly as shown in a video I watched. Excellent instruction sheet inclosed in packaging. I hooked the 10' flexible hose to a 20' section of 1' PVC irrigation pipe I had which reached my neighbors sewer cleanout. No additional items needed. Attached macerator to sewer connection of my trailer. Hooked a garden hose to macerator. Turned on water. Followed directions & it worked exactly as expected . Would highly recommend.
Had no idea what I had purchased from etrailer, a year ago. Glad you reminded me what I bought. That was, probably, the single best RV item I have ever bought. (Sewer Solution Macerator system)
Ordered several rv plumbing components which were delivered promptly with the exception of one fitting which was not shipped. Etrailor folks took care of the shipping error and I am very happy with their service. I will definitely order from them again. All the fittings and the SewerSolution pump work as advertised.
I have used this product in the past with other rigs, works very well and is completely as advertised by etrailer. Please review etrailer's video on how to use, it is very well done. I also purchased the SS25, a 25 ft extension hose for those extended reaches to the dump-hole... Takes a bit longer to dump but the overall cleanout is a 5 Star event!

Life saver! We are new to camper life and have been having issues emptying out black water tank. This item has given us the solution we were looking for and now we have a cleaner more efficient way to do our dirty work. It was very easy to use and the video online made it even easier. I told my wife to order a macerator and she bought this one vs. the electric one I wanted. My septic is 40 feet from where I park my trailer and it worked fine.
I haven't used this product yet, looks like it should work. etrailer is a great company to work with, people that know their products, competitive prices.....I'll be back.
I was disappointed that they changed the way to connect to the park’s sewer system. I do not like the way you have to screw the connection to the park system. I expected to have black rubber boots on the system. If I could have seen in your website that the end was different I would not purchased this system. I liked the old system but not this one.
This is an excellent product that solved my sewage issues in a 30' Winne that is serving as a transitional home for a family that was living on the street. No more clogs or blockages, An easy, sanitary connection to our standpipe.
Works exactly as advertised! I don’t know that I will ever use a regular sewer hose again. The high pressure water pulverizes all solids and sends it through the hose with no issues.
Works great! Pushing waste 100 feet to backyard sewer clean out with no problems! Solved issue of not being able to wash out tanks at our local state and county RV parks.
