Recommendation on the Number of Tie-Down Straps Needed When Securing Vehicle Using E-Track Rails

Question:

I have two Polaris vehicles one is a RZR xp 1000 the other is a Ranger 900xp They both have about the same tread width but the rzr is about 10in longer in wheel base. I have a 6 by 12 alimun. trailer that I use to haul them. I was thinking about using four 4 ft sections of E Tracks to strap them down with. Do most people use four straps per machine? I have 31 in tall tires on one of the and the tire net says it only does up to a 29 in tire. Do you offer a larger net type or is a single strap enough? Being I plan to use four 4 ft sections should take care of wheel base issue. Any help would be Great.

You will be able to secure your ATVs to your trailer using two Erickson E-Track Wheel Tie Downs. # EM58523, on two wheels of each one of your vehicles.

These Erickson tie-down straps will connect to an E-track rail, like the Erickson 4 Foot E-Track Section # EM19147, to allow you to safely secure your ATV to your trailer. The straps measure 12 feet long and will have plenty of length to fit the 31 inch tires on your Polaris RZR.

I have attached two product review videos of both the Erickson E-Track and Tie-Downs for you to view.
