The LCI35 in the axle number indicates that it is a Lippert 3,500 pound axle but it could be derated to 2,800 pounds. I believe the G545 indicates hubs with a 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern.

So for hub and drum assemblies that fit those characteristics you can use assembly # 84546UC3 (or # 84546UC3-EZ if the spindles have grease fittings at the ends) which uses inner bearing L68149 and outer bearing L44649. For a regular hub you can use # 84545BX (or # 84545UC1-EZ if the spindles have grease fittings) which has the same bearings.

If you have a different bolt pattern or bearings let me know what they are and I can determine if we have a hub or assembly that fits.
