Your existing Lippert 3,500 pound axle has an 86-1/2" hub face length and a 68-1/2" spring center length. While I do have a great option for replacement, we don't offer any standard straight beam units that match these dimensions. If you want an exact replacement your best option will be to contact a local trailer shop or fabricator to see if they can manufacturer something.

An alternative to this would be with a Timbren Axle-Less Suspension System, which features two independent suspension units that can fit any frame width and often eliminate the need for a thru-axle altogether. For a 3,500 pound system the Timbren # A35RS545E will work perfectly. This also includes hub drums and electric brake assemblies.

What makes these systems so great other than the versatility they provide in terms of install/fit is the type of ride they create. Because they use AEON progressive-rate main springs instead of standard leaf springs for the suspension, they provide a really smooth ride compared to traditional setups.

I have attached a short video review that you can check out as well.
