Does Pipe Get Welded to Cams on Universal Cam-Door Lock for Enclosed Trailers
Question:
How are the cams attached to the 3/4inch pipe. The handle is steel so it can be welded. The cams appear to be cast of some sort. Are they welded,bolted, interference fit into the 3/4inch id pipe ? Thanks I have already purchased 2 sets and will be installing soon, I will buy a 3/4inch id steel pipe as described in the video.

The cams for the end of the pipe for cam-door lock # 383200 basically are compression fit into the end of the pipe you use (not included). They can be tacked if need be but welding is not required.
