Hi there, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a quick look at the Stromberg Carlson replacement latch kit. Now this is going to replace lost or damaged latches for your Stromberg Carlson 100 Series Fifth Wheel Tailgate for your GM and Chevrolet trucks. This is going to be an exact replacement for the latches on the models that you see on the screen there. And so if you have any of those, you can trust these are going to fit right in place of your originals, make sure that your tailgate can latch again. This kit is going to include two latch assemblies, two split rings here.
You're also going to get two of these C channel bumpers. You'll get one D side insert as well as four of these quarter 20 by half inch bolts and four of the quarter 20 lock nets. This kit is made here in the USA so you can trust it is gonna be made to the high quality standards that we've come to know and trust. And because it is a direct replacement from Stromberg Carlson, you don't have to worry about fit issues or compatibility problems or anything like that. I get it means installed in place of the originals.

This worked great to repair a free tailgate that was given to me.
I just needed the above parts as spares. Recently our tailgate on a pickup would not close. It was very easy to order and get the parts I needed with the help of Joshua. This order was for work. I have my own trailer that I need parts to get it back on the road. I plan on using etrailer when I do. Thank you for a good experience. The parts fit perfectly.

Upon opening the packaging of the bolts and nuts, I discovered one bolt missing a nut. I checked the inside of the box as well all around the area I opened the box not finding the missing nut. Please check the quality control of the packaging of the small parts before mailing.
Part fits perfectly. Price is lower than from the manf. Delivery was quick and affordable. Would buy from etrailer again.
203000 on previous tailgate locks. Hope these do as well.
