Today we're going to take a look at the Valterra RV 90 degree sewer elbow. It has a three inch bayonet end and a three inch rotating flange end. This sewer elbow has the three inch bayonet end. The bayonet end is the one that has the four pins on it. That's designed to connect to either two or four hooks that you would use on your hose for a connection or the cap to give you a secure connection. I happened to pull an example of a cap that uses the bayonet fitting and basically you can see the two hooks on it.
All you would have to do is put it on there and then as you turn it, those hooks lock into those pins and give you a nice secure connection. On the other end is a three inch rotating flange end. This part is made of a durable ABS plastic construction. This part is used in your black water system of your RV. The 90 degree design, this comes from the direction of the flow in it. You can see the tube turns 90 degrees so your flow would be 90 degrees.
On the rotating flange end this will allow the elbow to rotate after this flange plate is attached to your connection. Once you're screwed together for your connection, you can see it would still allow the sewer elbow to rotate. For a few measurements I'm going to start with the bayonet end, the internal dimension is going to be right at three inches. On the rotating flange end it is also three inches internal measurement. The measurement for the mounting holes on the flange itself is three and three quarter inches center to center. That should do it for the review on the Valterra RV 90 degree sewer elbow with the three inch bayonet end and the three inch rotating flange end.
