This RV sewer elbow with rotating valves is a part of your motor home's waste management system. The elbow combines the flow of wastewater from your black-water tanks. And the valves can be rotated as desired during setup to make it easier to reach.

Today we're going to be taking a look at the Valterra double-rotating waste valve. This unit combines two sources of three-inch piping to one outlet. It's made from a durable black plastic construction. The unit's going to feature your two three-inch Bladex valves. You can see here that it has the threaded posts on those valves, but the actual handles, the T-handles, are not included. The shaft is there to control the valve up and down, but the handles are sold separately, and you can find those at etrailer.com. The valves are also designed to rotate for easy accessibility, 360 degrees.
It will rotate all the way around, so that way you can position it in a way that works best for your application. All the connections on the system are three-inch hubs, so you're going to have three three-inch hubs. They all have an inner diameter of 3-1/2 inches. Your three-inch piping would fit into the ends of the unit and secure using the appropriate glue or solvent, which is sold separately. If you're in need of that, you can find it here at etrailer.com. I replaced the old design which allowed black water from my RV to contaminate the second grey water line; with the new design that allows me to open and shut each line as needed to prevent cross contamination.
