I ordered a item from your website and it premised delivered on one date and I received it 4 days after that..
I needed on the date it was promised.
I called the company and basically I was told, sorry. You can pay for it to be sent back..
So now it just sits in garage, cause I found another one at a trailer store, cause I was in need of it.
Also, the box it came in was all torn up and taped together.
The hitch worked out perfectly, The chain pucks are a little small for some chain hooks, there rating is fine but to safety hooks for the rating of the fifth wheel would not fit in the holes, so I was forced to use hooks with the less rating, put 20000 miles on the ball and it was fine.
The kit appears very heavy duty and built to work. Excited for when I get to put it work pulling a stock trailer with cattle, and whatever else I can find for it.
This drop in gooseneck hitch is all that it reports to be. Easy to use and convenient to store.
Perfect equipment. Quick install and removal so I can use my truck to haul flat material without a fixed hitch getting in the way.
I’ve been towing a 7 ton dump trailer or pulling a 28” flat bed w a 5 ton skid steer for a year now flawlessly.

Everything came in looking great. The ball has a little bit of slop in it, should be added the truck side is new. It will work for now.
I have had great success with this converter. Easy to install, I love the remote release cable. Ride is comfortable. Did not disappoint whatsoever.

Worked out slick. Put Never Seizure on the shaft and bearings that hold ball in place. Should be good to go.

Wanted to leave a message about all my experiences with etrailer. I purchased a new Ford F-350 Super Duty in August and wanted a lot of aftermarket items for it. The last item purchased was a Reese gooseneck ball and safety chain hookup. It’s a great item, very easy to install and shipped the next day. I’m very pleased with etrailer.

The complete package consisted of a gooseneck ball and safety pucks that fit my predrilled holes from the factory. It was a lot less than buying local. The package came fast and was at my doorstep in a few days. Plan on pulling my new fifth wheel next week

Better than advertised!
I ordered the Elite Series Gooseneck hitch for my Ford F-350 with factory in-bed hitch mounts. The hitch is well made and is a breeze to install and remove. The handy storage bag makes it nice to store under my rear seat. I am totally satisfied with this product and recommend it.

This drop-in gooseneck ball with safety-chain attachments are the cat's meow. It takes seconds to pop these in or out. It's simple to attach safety chains as the attachemt loops are always out in the open. Since everything is so easy to remove at the end of the day, the parts should have little or no rust problems over the years.
After I ordered the ball hitch I thought it would be at least a week before I received the order but to my surprise 3 days later the item was here. Excellent service and no damage and the correct item.

This is a very handy piece of equipment that i.use but normally use the 5th wheel hitch. When I pull a gooseneck I remove the 5th wheel hitch and install the gooseneck hitch within minutes..
Simple and easy. I have a ford f 350 with the gooseneck package. Drop the ball in and go. I keep my hitch in my truck all summer long. I pull my gooseneck up to 100 miles a day with 16000 pounds. Come winter time the hitch comes right out.
I’ve had the Reese Elite series gooseneck kit in my 2012 f350 for about a year and I’ve been more than pleased with the kit! I’ve hauled various pieces of equipment with it as well as large loads of hay. This kit is definitely the way to go if you have the factory gooseneck! etrailer made the purchase easy and smooth as well as the cheapest around, couldn’t be happier
etrailer.com customer service was excellent. No complaints. However, I couldn't give a 5 due to the fouled up UPS delivery. I paid for 3 day shipping on the 31st. I received my tracking number and it indicated I'd receive my Gooseneck hitch-ball kit on the 4th. I didn't receive it on the 4th. I called you and you told me it wouldn't get here until the 5th due to the holiday. However, UPS didn't manage to deliver my package until 2:00PM on the 6th.
Your customer service refunded the extra charge for the 3 day service, so no foul there. But UPS really dropped the ball.
Anyway, etrailer did hold up their end, so thank you. Yes, I'll be back.....
Anyhow, etrailer is great, UPS, not so much.
I love the ease of this hitch, I think the only thing I would change is how secure the safety chain hooks are. They are loose feeling and I worry if the ball was to come out how secure those hooks would be with the chains tightening. Other then that, highly recommend for price and how easy it is to put in and take out, definitely worth it!
