Part is well built and gives me the adjustability I needed for multiple applications for my hitches. The wheel had the correct offset I needed to fit my trailer correctly, and the breakaway kit was a great replacement for the one that was broken on the used trailer I just purchased. The universal trailer brake installation kit was just what I was looking for. Great quality and the ability to run either type of trailer wiring harness in one hookup. This review is not for jack ,it's for breakaway trailer system which I had to order twice
1st.broken hinges, ordered 2nd again one broken hinge,So I called your co. 3times ask for manager 1hangup, 1on hold ,1salesman transferred me to mgr. got answering machine. If you wouldn't get this junk from China maybe you would'nt
have these problems .Apparently management don't to hear complaints.

Mounting options worked well for a difficult location on my trailer.
The charging wiring has been working for the last year, hopefully it reduces the need to replace the break away battery.543057

After getting a warning instead of a ticket I purchased this unit to put on my 25 year old stock trailer. In most states the law requires you to have a break away brake system on trailers. The quality is exceptional and extremely easy to install. The extra mounting options allow you to place this almost everywhere. The wiring instructions are more complicated than necessary. Just look at the front of the battery box and it tells you what wire goes to what. 172574

Just great , trailer is in use 7 days a week , April thru October and have not had one problem with the break-away that I purchased . As always , great service and good products from etrailer

Every thing was great with one exception, the instructions for the break away kit with the charger do not reflect the unit shipped. Instruction indicate 3 L E D 'S there are only two. There is no yellow to indicate if the unit is charging. But it works well after you get past trying to figure out why your unit isn't charging.176027

Product Died in a few short months. Battery wouldnt hold charge. it never went more than 45 days without use and then it just gave up.
E-trailer said I had to pay return shipping so I just gave up and threw it out. 444264

I open the box to see, and I likey, it's well made. Haven't placed it yet, it was the last piece I needed for the big disc brake conversion and last of all the suspension upgrade. I'll show the pictures of some upgrade, and then once the disc brake system goes on, along with the breakaway system, with built-in charger. 697814

All my parts arrived sooner than expected. The filter and trailer coupler are perfect. The wiring instructions for the Breakaway switch are a bit confusing, but a little research sorted it all out.387252

Excellent product function. The only complained I have is that the plastic tabs of the lid broke almost instantly. I had to secure the lid with two large zip ties. Not a permanent solution but this part cant be purchased separately. 617423

bought this because of the battery charge indicator built into the unit. Needed to replace an older , inferior unit that did not have the ability to tell you the battery condition. This one has a heavy duty case with plenty of mounting options. 603727
