Today, we're going to be taking a look at part #FA92-01-1099. These are going to be your Replacement Trunnion Spring Bars. These are going to work with the E2 weight distribution systems. They have a maximum tongue weight of 1,000 pounds. Now when installed your trunnion spring bars are going to flex appropriately over uneven terrain, offering a nice controlled even ride without all the bounce. With this part number, you're going to get 2 replacement bars.
They're going to made from a steel construction, featuring a really nice black powder coat finish on them to resist rust and corrosion. Now this part right here, it has the raised areas that allows it to fit into the head assembly of the weight distribution system, and then this end is going to be held by the lift brackets. That going to do it for our look at part # FA92-01-1099.

Hannah and everyone I worked with were wonderful and more than efficient. I started an order, had to cancel because someone told me they could source them locally which was not true, then had to reinstate and they never batted an eye. Put the order back together and actually managed to get it out the door the same day. I needed them fast to head out to a 12 hour trip and they got me exactly what I needed and got them here in plenty of time. Staff like that are hard to find and I hope they know how lucky they are!
I already had the e2 hitch setup with 800 TW/8000 lbs trunnions & these trunnions fit right in the slots, no modifications needed.
Exactly what I needed to upgrade my hitch for my new camper. Customer service was great in answering all my questions.
Just a pair of trunnion springs for an equalizer hitch. Haven't used them yet, picking up the new trailer next week. Delivery was nice and fast.

Only problem were knuckles were loosely attached to trunnion bars and I'm unable to locate torque specs anywhere.

I reached out to the manufacturer about the looseness that you are experiencing with the knuckles. They advised that the arm is not designed to be perfectly snug when installed into the knuckle. There is a small amount of play between the spring arm and knuckle. You will want to make sure that the hex bolt that attaches knuckle to arm has a lock washer along with nylock nut that should be tightened until bolt threads are at end of nylock. The diameter of the arm for a 10K e2 trunnion is 1.25 inches x 1.25 inches. It would be a good idea to double check that this is the diameter of your arms.
We purchased these a while ago but due to Covid19 we had to postpose the installation. But FINALLY we swapped out our older weight distribution bars and installed these. They are heavy but that's what we needed for our larger trailer. But, they are actually easier to insert into the hitch and they are a little longer which solved the issue with our older round bars.
Ordered new heavier duty trunnion bars for my E2 hitch to accommodate our new travel trailer. I received an email about an hour later letting me know they were out of stock and what my options were. After a couple emails back and forth we decided to wait until etrailer.com received their shipment from the supplier as they expected it fairly quick. Received an email a couple weeks later letting me know they had shipped. Received them a couple days later. Very impressed with their customer service. I feel that a lot of companies wouldn't have contacted me to let me know of any delays. Will order from again!

The E2 Equilizer hitch system is the best I've used. I was using it to tow a trailer weighing under 6000# and needed to upgrade to 10000#, was able to do this by upgrading the trunnion bars.
The trunnion bars that my RV dealer installed were under weight so I ordered a set of 1000 lbs trunnion bars. About 10 minutes after I placed the order, a representative from etrailer notified me by email and phone that the bars were not currently available for shipment. The representative was very helpful and gave several options. The bars were delivered as promised and in excellent condition. Definitely the best customer service that I have seen lately.
