Can I just swap my 800lbs trunion bars for 1,200lbs trunion bars on my Fastway 800lbs rated WD hitch for use with a heavier travel trailer 650lbs tongue, 6,500lbs UVW? Thanks

Yes you can. Weight Distribution Systems such as the Fastway e2, # FA92-00-1000 are designed so that the spring bars can be replaced or upgraded to a higher weight capacity without additional modifications.
Part Number # FA92-01-1299 is the Replacement Trunnion Spring Bars for Fastway e2 Weight Distribution that is rated for 1,200 lbs. tongue weight. This includes 2 spring bars with trunnions, bolts, lock washers, and Nylock nuts installed. We also carry 1,000 lb. option, # FA92-01-1099.
