Is It Okay To Be Over Weight Rating for Fastway e2 Weight Distribution System

Question:

How far of a threshold is there before moving to higher rated trunnion bars. I currently have 800lbs bars, but my TW is approx 825 - 850lbs. Is it better to be slightly over the weight rating or considerably under the weight rating as if I used 1000lbs bars? The ride seems ok right now, what will 1000lbs bars do for my ride quality? I also combine this with Sumosprings blue. Thanks.

In regards to a weight distribution system like the Fastway e2, it's better to be well under than over the weight capacity. If you're over then you'll lose any sort of warranty associated with the product and the system won't preform nearly as well as one appropriately rated. I highly recommend upgrading to the Replacement 1K Trunnion Spring Bars part # FA92-01-1099.
