Upgraded Trunnion Bars for a Fastway E2 WDS On A GD Imagine That Still Has Sway
Question:
We currently have a Grand Design Imagine 2250rk with a GVWR of 7495 lbs. We currently are using the E2 towing system with 800 lb tongue weight stabilizing bars. When driving, I occasionally feel the trailer pulling swaying. If I upgrade to the 1000 lb tongue weight bars, will the pulling/swaying go away?

It's likely that your current trunnion bars are being overloaded because your tongue weight is higher than you thought. Upgrading your trunnion bars to the Replacement Trunnion Spring Bars for Fastway e2 Weight Distribution Systems # FA92-01-1099 should take care of that issue.
These bars will work with your current Fastway E2 system and have a tongue weight range of 800-1,000-lbs.
