The hitch is well built hopefully it'll fit. The pictures in the instruction absolutely stink you cannot see any detail whatsoever or which is critical with a long and difficult installation like this somebody needs to go back to the drawing board
Mounting plate was crooked and the holes didn't line up. I couldn't return because I already go rid of the box and shipping information.

You need to add to your list that this will fit the 2015 Paceman with no modifications. uses the same instructions as the countryman. fits and works great. Installed it myself in 2.5 hours. Nice

It sounds like the hitch may have gotten flexed in shipping. I have attached a link to our help articles that address this very issues as it is a fairly common occurrence.
