This says it will fit the base model but will it fit for the S model? Thanks

The # C11333 Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver is confirmed to fit your 2014 Mini Countryman model S. The John Cooper Works version is the only version this hitch will not fit.
If you plan on doing any light towing, I recommend the # 119250KIT ZCI Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness w/ 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector and Installation Kit. This is a universal kit that will give you a 4-way connection to power a trailer's signal lights.
I have attached a video review of the wiring harness for your reference.
