Hello, everybody. This is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a look at this replacement head for the Blue Ox SwayPro weight distribution systems for underslung couplers. Now, this is a replacement head assembly that'll work with the Blue Ox SwayPro weight distribution systems that fit trailers that use underslung couplers. And an underslung coupler is a coupler that is installed on the bottom of the trailer. Basically, I want to give you an idea, there's a picture of what an underslung coupler would look like on a trailer.
And this head is designed to work with the weight distribution system that'll fit that type of coupler. And what it does is this head will change the angle of the head where the hitch ball mounts. Changing that angle allows trailers with that type of coupler to use weight distribution without having clearance issues with their spring bars. And as we've mentioned, this works only with the systems that are designed for use on a trailer with that bottom mounted coupler. This does fit the SwayPro systems that use the pinless auto-latch to secure the spring bars in the head.
Your spring bars will attach right here. Now, the mounting hardware is not included. It does use the existing fasteners that are ready in your weight distribution system. But that should do it for the review on this replacement head for the Blue Ox SwayPro weight distribution systems for underslung couplers..

Ordered this replacement due to changing campers and the new one was underslung. When I first ordered I ordered the wrong item. Customer service got it fixed with no issues. Had to throw that in there just because customer service is awesome here!

My dealer sold me the wrong head (for standard coupler) and I was only able to latch up to the 4th chain link. I switched over to the underslung head and was able to latch up to the 8th link. etrailer had the hitch a day earlier than anticipated with a great price, Thanks.

Still works as intended and the quality is outstanding. I can not say enough about this hitch. I will probably never use anything else for my towing needs.
