Hi there. I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today we're going to take a quick look at this Blue Ox replacement head. This is going to replace the head for your Blue Ox SwayPro weight distribution system. Because this is a direct replacement from Blue Ox, you can trust it is going to work with your system. So you're not going to have to worry about fit issues or compatibility problems or anything like that.
It is going to be exactly like the original. So this will work for the systems that use pins and clips to secure the round spring bars in place. This does not come with the hardware. You can just use the original fasteners from your Swaypro system. It's all going to be compatible.
Keep in mind, this is going to work with the systems that are designed for use on trailers that have a top mounted coupler. This is not going to work for systems that have a bottom mounted or underslung coupler, or are designed for trailers that have a bottom mounted or underslung coupler. If you are needing that other kind of replacement head, that is also available here at etrailer.com. You can find it using the part number that you see on the screen there, if you have an underslung coupler on your trailer. But otherwise, if your coupler is top mounted, this is going to be exactly what you need to replace that original.
