Hi there, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a quick look at this Fastway replacement spacer rivet. This is going to replace the spacer rivet for your Fastway e2 weight distribution system. This is an exact replacement from Fastway so you don't have to worry about compatibility issues or anything like that. This is gonna fit right in place into your head assembly. You can stack up to nine washers onto this rivet to achieve your proper head tilt.
So if you're needing to replace that original this is gonna be exactly what you need. If you're needing to replace any of those original washers or if you need to add more we do sell those washers separately. You can find them here at etrailer.com at that part number that you see on the screen there. And so that'll just slide on there, allow you to get that spacing that you need for your proper head tilt. And this is gonna work for all Fastway e2 weight distribution systems.

Designed for use with all Fastway e2 systems.Would be a five star rating as they were very proactive in getting details of the shipment. The only reason for the 4 star is the spacer rivet I received was different than what was pictured and what I removed from my original hitch. It has a much larger head. It works and I think will be better than the original but time will tell.

Item arrived as time and was an exact replacement for my broken item. I have dealt with etrailer before and have had a good experience each time.
Somehow we lost one and were towing that weekend. had the part in 2 days and on the road safely.

Received the spacer rivet for Fastway e2 weight distribution head next day along with washers, fixed my problem. I ordered a part not in stock and they called me back and all I needed was just 2 parts that they had and I received them and got to camping again. Definitely will use Etrailer again, great customer service something hard to find now days.

I bought this hitch Rivet as a spare part to carry with me while traveling. As such I have not used it yet. However it appears to be exactly what the doctor ordered. I hope to never have to use this item but my hitch did loosen up to the point where this rivet almost fell out one time in the past. So this part is just insurance.

The replacement part has a higher "head" than the original by at least one old washer thickness (and the new washers are thinner than the old washers). But it fits. Just reduce the stack by one washer and see what it does.
It’s a very simple but critical part and the part has done exactly what it was supposed to do. It was also a hard to find part and ETrailer had it in stock and got it to me in good order

The replacement spacer rivet is great. The washers I purchased with this are not the same size as the original. I paid for priority mail that should have arrived to my home, however, it took a week longer than promised.
So far so good. As another person said, rivet is thicker so take out 1 washer. Otherwise, worked as well as original.
looks like the right part. they have a good video on how to set up these hitches.
To be frank, the product I received does not match the product detail page image. However, it will still work with my application (thus the 5 stars).
