Exactly what I ordered in a timely manner and at a fair price. Prefect replacement for my Blue Ox SwayPro 9-hole shank when I bought a new trailer with a higher tongue.

It is the bxw4000 and is painted that nice brown finish but i believe the one in the picture is the blue ox standard shank. The picture has 6 holes, the one i received has 7 holes. I thought i was getting the look of the one in the picture but it ok it works the same!
I purchased the Blue Ox Sway Pro Weight Distribution 7-hole shank after the purchase of the Sway Pro hitch earlier. I found the 9-hole standard shank provided with the original order was unnecessarily long for both my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee and my 2015 Ford F-250. The 9-hole shank would drag the ground when driving over uneven terrain. The 7 hole shank works perfectly for my needs. I suppose I could have cut the original shank to save some money but I kept it for potential future use.
Bought a blue ox hitch had a small problem but etrailer fixed it ASAP!!!

The product is advertised and what I needed. The service from Noah was excellent. I called late in the day to order something I needed in advance of a camping trip. The part was an oversite on my behalf so I asked if it could be shipped out that day with 3 day shipping. He said he would try his best but we have missed the shipping cut off. Long story short, the order shipped that day and actually showed up a day earlier then the shipping notification said it would arrive. Very happy with the customer service at E trailer!
I got exactly what I ordered and it fits my hitch exactly. The original hitch shank had to many adjustments and it would drag on the ground at different times when the slope was to sharp. This new shank completely eliminates that drag.

I am using this a bit differently in that I am using it to tow a 24ft Pontoon boat on a trailer. Load wise, it works great. Only concern is I am seeing some surface rust where the paint has rubbed of from putting it in and taking it out of the hitch and from where the hitch pin goes. This is mainly due to when I launch the boat, it sometimes goes into the water depending on the boat ramp slope. Very sturdy though and still works great.
