Plug cover is used when rewiring a new female plug on the end of your 30-amp RV or marine power cord. Gives the plug extra protection against the elements and a locking ring to keep the plug firmly in place.
Features:
Plug cover replaces a damaged cover or locking ring on your RV or marine power cord. Installing it requires the cord's connector to be removed and rewired, whether you are using a new connector or the existing one. To install, remove the old cover and plug, feed the cord through the opening of the new cover, and wire the plug. The new cover then slides over the plug body.

This product worked great for when I needed to replace the end of my power cord to the camper. Water proof and has never leaked. I would recommend buying this if you need a replacement for a great cost.

Everything works as designed. It was a bit of a trial getting the grommet end over the female connector. Good quality part, delivered quickly in original packaging, and everything arrived together (three different parts.
The plug and boot worked great and has been tested several times. The design makes a good seal so worrying about rain leaking in not an issue.
It works fine however the user must remember never to toss this plug back onto the dock. The threaded ring will break if dropped on the dock. Unfortunately you cannot purchase the ring separately.
Placed order in the morning and was ready for shipping by evening. Product was as described and arrive in several days. Very fast shipping. Highly recommend.
