Today we're taking a look at a Furrion replacement connector for RV power cords. This is a 30 AMP male connector. The male connector can be used to build a new cord or to replace a connector on an old one. Features the easy to connect plug that's great for use with your RV, camper, or boat. We're looking at a heavy duty, Marine grade construction with the polycarbonate casing. It meets NEMA L5-30R standards, and it is UL and cUL listed.It's a universal fit with all of the brands.

Plug cover is available and sold separately. That's available at eTrailer.com, and the plug itself, this connector casing, is yellow in color. So it's bright. It's highly visible. Has a strain relief bracket, two screws back here, and then three screws here at the front to remove the front portion of the connector.

It also comes with your installation instructions. So you can see here the diagram. You need to remove the front three screws to remove the front face from the actual plug, and then the two screws at the back. Remove the back bracket and the strain relief bracket.So, once you have it all separated like that, you can actually feed through your cabling, split up your wires, and then connect them to the backside here at the terminals, tighten everything down, and then reassemble, and that's all there is to it.
