Video Transcript for Review of Roadmaster Tow Bar - Replacement Passenger Side Arm - 910021-80

Hello, everybody. This is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a look at this Roadmaster replacement passenger side arm for the Falcon 2 tow bar. (side arm thudding) Now, this part here is a replacement passenger side tow bar arm for your Roadmaster Falcon 2 tow bar. Basically, this arm is what'll connect the tow bar to the brackets on your vehicle that's being towed. The arm itself, you can see it automatically extends, it has a stainless steel construction.

It'll telescope and automatically lock into place like you just see here. It gives you a large hookup radius which allows you to connect without peripherally lining up your vehicle. Now, it does include the spring-loaded pin right here on the arm, and as you notice, when it extends all the way out, it automatically locked the arm into place for towing. And then when you press it, it'll release it (arm rattling) from the bracket (arm thunking) and the arm will retract back into the arm. Does include the mounting nuts for installation.

Does include a tube of thread locker to put on those nuts when you install it. Now, we mentioned this is for the passenger side arm. There is also a driver side arm. If you don't need that one (side arm thudding) we do also sell that one separately and it goes by a part number of 910021-70. But that should do it for the review on the Roadmaster replacement (arm rattling) passenger side arm for the Falcon 2 tow bar.

(arm rattling and thunking).

Your team did a great job correcting the error of the USPS. I was very fortunate to have extra time my location to be able to still get the part and get it replaced before I had to travel.
Thanks again to the team work that made it happen.

It was very easy to order.
I wish I would’ve
received a tracking number after putting in my order, but when I call customer service they were extremely helpful, quick response

Kudos to Roger for helping me out of a fix when I torqued my Falco 2 tow bar trying to get into a boondocking camp spot in Utah. Lesson learned! He 2 day shipped me a new arm and with a local angel’s help putting it together, got me on my way. Very impressed with etrailer.com’s knowledge and service. Great people to work with. At 76 I am able to easily connect and disconnect my toad from my old RV because of their expertise in recommending the right fit for my rig.

by:

The parts (one arm of tow hitch) arrived quickly. With good installation instructions I was able to repair my tow bar setup at a small fraction of the cost of a complete new hitch. Thanks etrailer for the great part selection and service!

by:

I messed up and ordered the wrong part. E-trailer authorized a return and shipped the proper part.
The part was OEM and worked perfectly.
This experience, both with the vendor and the product, could not have been better (unless they shipped a tech to install it for me)!

  • Which Repair Kit To Fix Roadmaster Falcon 2 Tow Bar Where Arms Are Hard To Slide In and Out
First things first I recommend first cleaning the arms on your Roadmaster Falcon 2 Tow Bar # RM-520. • How To Free Up Stuck Arms On The Roadmaster Falcon Tow Bars
There are a couple of options you can do to attempt to free up the arms on your Roadmaster Falcon All Terrain, Non-Binding Tow Bar # RM-522. What you can do is try and spray the arms with a degreaser, then move the arms in and out and rise with some water. After rinsing the arms, you are going to need to dry them thoroughly and spray a dry silicone on the arms. If that does not work, I recommend using the repair kit; the Roadmaster Repair Kit for Falcon Towbars # RM910003-52. This kit...

  • Inner Arms on Roadmaster Falcon 2 Tow Bar Will Not Move In and Out Easily
There may be some dirt and debris interfering with the normal function of the tow bar. Depending on what lubricant you used, that could actually add to the problem. • Solution for Roadmaster Falcon 2 Tow Bar with Difficult to Retract Arms
Have you tried cleaning and lubing the arms yet? Here's how to do that in case not: I contacted Roadmaster about instructions on cleaning their tow bars. Our contact at Roadmaster informed me that you will want to start by soaking the arms with a degreaser. Then, you will want to move the arms in and out and rinse off with water. • Replacement Swivel Collars for the Ends of the Arms on a Falcon 2 Tow Bar
It sounds like you are talking about the swivel collars, # RM-9200-4, on the ends of the arms of the Falcon 2 tow bar # RM-520. These are the parts that attach to the base plates. Considering what happened with your tow bar I would give it a thorough inspection because there could be internal damage that isn't obvious. Make sure the arms go in an out and if they do not then they could be bent. The replacement inner arm is # C000172. The replacement inner and outer, passenger side, is...
