Hello everybody, this is Jeff with etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a look at this replacement passenger side outer arm for your Roadmaster Falcon and Falcon 2 all-terrain tow bar. Now this is designed to fit the Roadmaster Falcon and Falcon 2 tow bar. We do sell those tow bar separate on our website. This part here is just for the replacement passenger side outer arm. Basically, this outer arm will attach to the yoke of the tow bar on this end, and then on this end the collar assembly is attached to this end here.
It does include everything shown here on the table, the outer arm itself, a 3/4 inch size by 16 nut and a 3/8 inch by 16 lock nut. And you can see this does have the release lever on it that you can release the bar and it'll slide all the way in. And then when you go to, it slides out, then it locks into place all ready to go. But that should do it for the review on this replacement passenger side outer arm for the Roadmaster Falcon and Falcon 2 all-terrain tow bars..

Roadmaster Replacement Passenger Side Outer Bar for the Falcon and Falcon 2 All Terrain TowbarI would like to express the EXCELLENT customer service we received from Kyle and Jane S with etrailer.com. I wasn't sure if we needed to buy a whole new tow bar system (which would have cost about $1000.00 - that we do not have right now) or just one of the damaged arms. Kyle was very knowledgeable about the tow system and a huge asset in helping us determine exactly what I needed to purchase (and that in which I did NOT need to spend money on). Furthermore, Jane was also instrumental in processing our order quickly so it arrived on time for us to reassemble the tow system just in time for our upcoming trip.
I am not young, however, I am not old either, and in my lifetime I have seen a serious decline in customer service. Basically, it is non-existent these days. They both have revived my faith that customer service, although rare, does still exist. They exhibited excellent customer service while working with them. I would not hesitate to use etrailer.com again purely based on the assistance and service we received from Kyle ans Jane S! Thank you!!

This replacement arm that I needed wasn't is stock, but was in shipment from the manufacturer to etrailer. etrailer promised to contact me if their shipment didn't come in as expected and they did, but the part came in the very next day. I got the part in time to make my repairs and get back on the road for our trip.
Installation was fairly straight forward and Roadmaster has good assembly and repair instructions on their website.
These replacement bars worked GOOD for me,,and saved me money. They fixed my tow are that was damaged by a careless driver.
We tow a Jeep Wrangler behind our motorhome. Every time I have ordered from etrailer their parts have been Right!,,,,sorry no pics.
Great replacement part
Bent the inner arm and latch broke also. Decided to purchase the complete outer arm instead of parts. Glad I did, the replacement fit perfect and was easy to install. Thanks to e trailer product was correct and shipping was on time.

Part fix exactly with existing unit. Including the appropriate new nuts for assembly was greatly appreciated.
